It is time to register for Faith Formation for the 2019-2020 school year!

Ss. Peter and Paul offers faith formation classes for students entering kindergarten through 11th grade.  Classes are held on Wednesday's with elementary classes from 3:45-5:15pm and middle/high school classes from 6:00-7:45pm.  Classes begin in mid-September and wrap up the end of April.

To register for classes please fill out the forms below and return by Friday, August 16th.  Calendars and an information packet will be mailed after the registrations are received.    If you have any questions or would like more information about our program , please contact the Faith Formation Office at 779-0551.

The one by One campaign is an opportunity to support many programs and services provided by the Green Bay Diocese.  Some of the money raised will help  Ss. Father James Jugenheimer

 Father Jim was born in 1960 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He grew up and lived in Chicago, Illinois, Battle Creek Michigan, Rochester, Minnesota and Niles, Michigan. Father Jim entered seminary in 1979  at St. Charles Borromeo, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was Ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in May,1987, and served as assistant pastor at St. Stanislaus Parish, Lansdale, Pennsylvania from 1987 to 1991. He was appointed to faculty of Bishop McDevitt High School, Wyncote, Pennsylvania, 1991-2003, and then transferred to the Diocese of Green  Bay in 2003. Appointed Pastor of St. Mary Parish, Clarks Mills and St. Michael the Archangel Parish, Whitelaw, Wisconsin and served both parishes 2003-2007. Appointed as founding pastor of Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, Oshkosh,  Wisconsin in 2007 and served there until 2017. On July 1, 2017 Father was appointed pastor  of Pius X Parish, Appleton and Sacramental   Minister to Ss. Peter and Paul Parish, Hortonville.

Father Adam Bradley

 Father Adam Bradley grew up in Antigo, WI. He graduated from Antigo High School in 2007 where he participated in cross-country, running, waterskiing and also worked at his father’s funeral home. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside for two years, then transferred to UW-Oshkosh where he became involved with the Newman Center and ultimately decided to enter the seminary. Fr. Bradley graduated from the Conception Seminary College in Missouri and attended St. Francis de Sales Seminary and Sacred Heart Seminary and the School of Theology in the  Archdiocese of Milwaukee, earning a Master of Divinity degree. Bishop David Ricken ordained Father Bradley on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at St Mary Parish, DePere. Bishop Ricken has assigned him to serve as Parochial Vicar of St. Pius X Parish in Appleton, priest celebrant at Ss. Peter and Paul in   Hortonville, and part-time chaplain at Xavier High School.
